The Problem
Ralph Dunn, a resident of Oceanside in North Coastal San Diego County, was aware of the problems his neighbors were having with mold, and with leaks in their walls and slabs. He saw the plumbers’ trucks and heard the jackhammering. His own house had not fallen victim yet but he knew his home might be next. But he wanted to find a less invasive solution.
Houses in my neighborhood had slab and wall leaks that were causing mold problems. I thought, ‘My home may be next.’ I did some research, found San Diego Plumbing and Pipelining’s Water Epoxy, and had them come out and reline my pipes before any leaks had a chance to become long-term problems.

The Solution
Happily, Dunn’s research and networking brought him to San Diego Plumbing and Pipelining’s Water Epoxy. “San Diego Plumbing and Pipelining provided the most satisfactory information– data on the process, references who said positive things, and the warranty. I watched the crew at work. They were patient with me and explained what they were doing and why. San Diego Plumbing and Pipelining’s provided very professional service.”
Dunn has become sort of a cheerleader for San Diego Plumbing and Pipelining’s Water Epoxy, according to San Diego Plumbing and Pipelining, owner of the company.
“Ralph Dunn researched the various technologies and services that are involved in the investigation and restoration of water pipe systems,” recalls San Diego Plumbing and Pipelining. “He did a little networking with his friends and club members and his decision was to go with Water Epoxy.
“After we finished the job, he invited his neighbors over and we sat around his kitchen table to walk them through the Water Epoxy process. Other jobs have come to us from that time – a friend tells a friend.”
