- Most visits take less than 1 ½ hours.
- No repairs are included in the leak detection investigation. We will discuss your particular situation, check your water meter and provide an assessment of your home or building’s water use and possible leaks.
- No materials are included in the standard service.
- Sometimes, thermal imaging equipment or infrared technology is needed to find hard-to-locate leaks. There are hourly charges for this equipment and the technician to operate them, and each job is different. There are a variety of tools, devices, and techniques that may be necessary to detect your particular leak.
- Additional notes, photographs, documentation & consultation will be an additional charge at $225 per hour with a 1-hour minimum in 1-hour increments.
- At San Diego Plumbing & Pipelining, you can trust our experience, technology, and customer satisfaction. It’s simple; you’ll be 100% satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied with our leak detection, San Diego Plumbing & Pipelining will return a second time at no cost to complete an additional leak detection. If you are still not satisfied, then we will refund the original leak detection price (up to a $495 value which is the limit of our liability.)
